What affects the price

Honestly, a lot of things. These make the biggest difference:

The amount of quartz

Quartz comes in 3200 × 1600mm slabs, so the number of slabs your layout needs matters more than the exact length. An island often needs a slab of its own.

The colour and thickness

Colours are priced in groups, so two similar-looking colours can differ in price. 30mm costs more than 20mm.

The details

Undermount or inset sink, drainer grooves, upstands, splashbacks, waterfall ends and removing the old worktops all add to the price, and all are listed in your quote.
